Job Overview
We are looking for responsible individuals to provide daily exercise and companionship for our canine clients. Your primary role is to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of the dogs in your care while providing top-notch customer service to pet owners.
Responsibilities
- Walk dogs of various sizes and breeds according to their specific energy levels and needs.
- Ensure all dogs are leashed and safely controlled during walks to prevent accidents.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste during every walk to maintain hygiene standards.
- Administer medications or supplements as directed by pet owners.
- Provide timely updates and photos to pet owners via our secure app after each visit.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must have a genuine love for dogs and animals.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (carrying leashes, waste bags, and equipment).
- Previous experience with dog walking or pet sitting is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and reference verification.
- Comfortable walking in various weather conditions.
