Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional service.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and clean espresso machines and brewing equipment daily.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and care.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Energetic attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
