Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages per company recipes and standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Support inventory management of coffee beans, syrups, and retail products
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during busy rushes
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ with legal authorization to work in the US
