Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Engage warmly with customers, memorize orders, and build loyalty
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
