Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and displays to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Organize the sales floor and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
