Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (flexible scheduling available)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising interest
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
