What You Will Do
As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by daily volume.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
