Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Monitor store appearance, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for cash handling.
