Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using our ticketing system.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of all support interactions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement long-term technical solutions.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
