Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing product knowledge and styling advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise to maintain visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as directed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Clean and organize the fitting rooms and restrooms to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
