- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain visual displays to ensure a tidy and appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product locations, prices, and availability efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.
