Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer questions regarding pricing and promotions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
