Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
