Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping during peak night hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Evening and Weekend shifts consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
