- Manage and update customer accounts and records in our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide product training where required.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all interactions and feedback to help improve our service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
