Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is incorporated.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
