Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle high volumes of incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues.
- Support: Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
