Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on rapid response times and high-quality service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve complex issues by escalating to the appropriate department while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and communicate relevant product information to clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
