Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Communication: Handle high-volume calls and emails regarding orders, inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems efficiently and provide accurate, empathetic solutions.
- Schedule Adherence: Commit to and successfully work rotating shifts, including evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and Saturdays and Sundays.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services to meet sales targets.
- Team Support: Collaborate with floor supervisors to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must have reliable transportation and be available to work Evenings and Weekends consistently.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Work Ethic: A professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
