Responsibilities
- Scan items and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with bagging groceries and maintaining the front-end appearance.
- Process returns and exchanges according to store policy.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
