Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and maintain a professional correspondence log.
- Schedule and coordinate complex executive meetings, conference calls, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with event planning, office logistics, and general administrative support as required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
