Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Process and verify incoming orders and data entries with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the setup and execution of weekend corporate events and support staff.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues for end-users.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all transactions.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation is highly preferred for shift flexibility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
