Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order fulfillment and inventory management processes during peak hours.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process customer returns and handle stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
