Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on evening hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM systems.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Conduct online research to gather market intelligence and assist in daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during evening shifts.
- Update internal documentation and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
