Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
