As an Evening Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service during the evening hours. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, safe, and welcoming for evening shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
