Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking shelves during designated downtime.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and displays products according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
