Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and cash handling protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
