Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide expert-level support via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software related queries.
- Customer Communication: Interact professionally with clients to understand their issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of company applications and operating systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to identify recurring issues and improve our product offerings.
- Training: Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and internal training materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux; experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
