Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability strategy, including setting measurable goals and targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives across all departments.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, investors, and community partners, to promote sustainability.
- Stay current with emerging sustainability trends and best practices, integrating them into our strategy.
- Manage the sustainability budget and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB), and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., LEED, GRI) is highly desirable.
