Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligning with global climate goals
- Lead Net Zero transition initiatives across 15+ operational sites
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and compliance with emerging regulations
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive circular economy innovations in product lifecycle design
- Lead cross-functional teams in carbon footprint reduction projects
- Present sustainability roadmap to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 2025+ climate action experience
- LEED/GHGP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Expertise in carbon accounting software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Proven track record of implementing circular economy models
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and TCFD reporting
- Leadership experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
