Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
- Participate in seasonal promotions and sales events to drive store performance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program (students encouraged!)
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the Ocean View Plaza location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
