Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
- Available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting in the city.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
