Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during evening shifts.
- Assist with light merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
