Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in restocking inventory and organizing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (students welcome).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation is required.
