Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in team training sessions to develop product knowledge
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited educational institution
- Availability for evening shifts (4-10 PM, weekdays and weekends)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Francisco location
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
