Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term goals with quarterly operational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to predict industry trends, disruptions, and future consumer behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (C-Suite, Product, Engineering) to define strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Present high-level strategic insights and roadmaps to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
- Establish measurable KPIs to track the success of long-term strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the technology division.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management.
- Proven track record of leading long-term transformational projects with a 3-5 year strategic horizon.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, future tech landscapes, and global market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-level strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Strategic Management, or similar).
