- Produce quarterly trend analysis reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to identify emerging disruptors
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully mapping and executing multi-year future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
