Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework integrating AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and neurotech
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with 5-year impact projections for board review
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for emerging tech validation
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists while curating the company's 'Future Tech' speaker series
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and ethical AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent certification
- Proven experience developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable technology (peer-reviewed journals)
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Strong network with futurist communities (APF, WFS, or similar)
