Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive briefings and visualizations on potential futures and disruption vectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and mitigating future risks and blind spots
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
