Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Horizon: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s long-term technology and AI strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
- AI Roadmap Leadership: Oversee the prioritization and development of AI initiatives, ensuring milestones for the 2026 product launch are met with excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, user-centric solutions.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and system scalability to mitigate risks as we scale operations.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global AI trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for technological disruption.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy, product management, or engineering management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define and execute long-term technical roadmaps with a clear focus on future trends (e.g., 2026 and beyond).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
