Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Organize and replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, features, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
