Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and activity zones
- Manage attendee flow and ensure smooth venue operations during high-traffic periods
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event infrastructure
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute flawless event experiences
- Collect and report attendee feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
