Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service.
- Follow all recipes and safety guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cash handling and basic register operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume coffee shop is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation (Must be able to travel between locations).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
