Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an immediate, welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Process payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and grace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible gaming.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Food Service Worker Permit (if required by state law).
