As a Server, you are the face of our brand. You will guide our guests through a culinary journey, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable. We pride ourselves on our competitive base pay, generous tip sharing structure, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared and presented correctly.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and process payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
- Upsell menu items and suggest beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional server experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often on hard surfaces.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Texas.
