Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated inventory systems with precision
- Manage high-volume order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Lead inventory audits and implement warehouse optimization strategies
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Train new associates on equipment handling and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/forklift experience with valid certifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 1910.178) required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
