Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Lead cross-functional teams in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean warehouse practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain detailed documentation
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet tight delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in leadership roles
- OSHA and OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
