Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory using RF scanning technology with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-volume retail clients
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize storage layouts using WMS software to maximize space efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Maintain detailed logs for safety compliance and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent) required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional yard vehicle operation
- Experience with temperature-controlled environments preferred
