Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy using WMS software
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-volume order fulfillment operations
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and safety standards
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on best practices
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification for heavy machinery operation
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in climate-controlled environments
- Proven track record in inventory control accuracy (98%+)
- Forklift certification and valid NYC driver's license
